| DNS Service Agreement |

| 1. |
This is an agreement between you and:
DNSbridge.com ("DNSBRIDGE")
|
| 2. |
(Limitation Of Liability): THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY DNSBRIDGE COME
WITH ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. |
| 3. |
(Acceptable Use Policy): You agree not to use to use the services
provided for (i) illegal purposes or denial of service attacks.

| 4. |
(Ownership): You unconditionally warrant that you are the owner of
the domains used by you and you have the authority to create, modify or delete
zone records corresponding to these domains.
|
| 5. |
(Privacy Policy): We believe that Privacy is important.
We will not disclose any of your information unless served with a valid court order.
|
| 6. |
(Force Majeure): DNSBRIDGE will not be liable for any delay, interruption
or failure of services provided if caused by acts of God, fire, flood,
storm, earthquake, or similar act which is beyond the control of either party.

| 7. |
(Network Outages): DNSBRIDGE will not be responsible for network
disruptions, outages or quality of service degradations caused by it's
upstream transit providers, DOS attacks or any hardware failures |
| 8. |
(Damages): IN NO EVENT WILL DNSBRIDGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT,
DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, AGGRAVATED OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. |

(Jurisdiction): The courts in the Union
Territory Of Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of this agreement. |
| 10. |
(Whole Agreement): This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between
the parties. There is no other agreement between the parties, whether in writing or oral
and whether collateral or otherwise.

(Termination): Either party to this agreement may terminate this agreement
immediately without assigning cause and without giving any notice. |
| 12. |
(Merchantibility): DNSBRIDGE MAKES NO REPRERSENTATION, WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
AND EXCLUDES ALL IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTIBITY,
MERCHANTIBLE QUALITY, DURABILITY OR FITNESS OF PURPOSE OR TITLE OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE OR FROM A COURSE
OF TRADE OR USAGE OR DEALING. |

(Signature): You agree that a signature is not required to
imply acceptance of this agreement.
